Fetch Robotics is expanding our sales force! We are looking for an experienced account manager to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager. Fetch Robotics is a leading provider of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR’s). We are passionate about improving our warehouse/logistics, retail and manufacturing customers bottom line by providing solutions to increase throughput, improve efficiencies and reduce operational costs.

As a Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for developing, executing on delivering on sales and account penetration plans for strategic accounts within the territory.


  • Attainment of revenue goals by selling technology-leading Fetch AMR’s and solutions to customers in the warehouse/logistics, retail and manufacturing industries
  • Proactively identify accounts and contacts within the territory that could benefit from our Fetch robotic solutions
  • Communicate the Fetch “Value Proposition” to target accounts within the territory
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all levels in the customer's organization
  • Develop and execute on sales and account penetration plans
  • Exceed sales and revenue goals
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities at large brand name companies
  • Build and support a distribution and integrator network within the territory
  • Document sales activities within the CRM, provide reports to management documenting progress toward goals
  • Represent Fetch Robotics in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner


Skills and Experience Required

  • BA or BS in Engineering or Computer Science (MBA prefered)
  • 5+ years experience selling capital equipment preferably material handling systems or AGV’s
  • Experience selling into warehousing/logistics and manufacturing
  • A track record of developing and closing business
  • Background and experience in the robotics industry
  • Analytical and technical problem solving skills
  • A strong drive to generate new business and to sell new technologies to customers
  • Ability to understand our customer business including financial drivers, operational efficiencies, and production measurements
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems and data analytics (prefered)
  • Demonstrated strong verbal/written and presentation skills to all levels in an organization
  • Ability to travel overnight (25-50%) and visit customer facilities
